Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses using tracked post. Posters are rolled in a sturdy 630 × 50mm kraft tube, which does not fit through a standard letterbox. Your estimated dispatch date and the cutoff for changes are shown in the order summary before payment. If that live estimate cannot be loaded, we state that dispatch will be within 30 days. Unless we agree otherwise, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Changed your mind
You may cancel most online orders without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after receiving the goods. Email hej@plantbrod.com, or use our model cancellation form, with your name, order number, the goods concerned and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return them.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Return goods to Plantbrød, Recreation Road, 37–44 Potters Ln, Milton Keynes MK11 3HQ, United Kingdom. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop reduces the item’s value. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence they were sent, using the original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or missing orders
Email us promptly with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the poster and tube. Your statutory rights apply; where appropriate we will replace the item or refund you, including reasonable return costs.
Monthly plans and bundles
To stop future monthly renewals, sign in to your Plantbrød account and choose “Cancel future renewals” before the next renewal. If you cannot access your account, email hej@plantbrod.com for help. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order already paid for or dispatched. The six-month bundle is six posters paid up-front rather than a cancel-anytime subscription. Your statutory cancellation and product rights still apply; contact us before returning anything so we can explain the position for deliveries already received.
