Your order
Products, prices, billing frequency, delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you pay. All prices are the final consumer prices charged by Plantbrød. Clicking the final payment button on Stripe places an order with an obligation to pay. We accept your order when Stripe confirms payment and we send confirmation. If we cannot accept it, we will refund you.
Plans
A one-poster order is a single purchase. The six-month bundle is paid upfront and includes six poster deliveries. The monthly plan renews each month at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. To cancel future renewals, sign in to your Plantbrød account and choose “Cancel future renewals” before the next renewal. If you cannot access your account, email hej@plantbrod.com for help. Any delivery already paid for remains scheduled.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our delivery and returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Changes and availability
Poster artwork and issue themes may change, but each delivery will match the essential description given at purchase. If an issue is unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund the affected amount.
Liability and law
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory protections of the place where they live.
